SAFETY

THE MATCH
FC Rosengård (11th place, 23 pts) host Växjö DFF (13th place, 18 pts). Växjö arrives in Malmö following four consecutive defeats in the OBOS Damallsvenskan. In their most recent outing, however, they pushed league leaders Häcken, ultimately falling 1–2 after conceding a late goal (in the 89th minute). FC Rosengård secured a convincing 2–0 victory in their last home match against Vittsjö, but they were defeated away to AIK last weekend. When the teams last met—in Växjö—it was Växjö that emerged victorious (2–0). The match is crucial for both sides, given the tense battle taking place at the bottom of the table.
